Over the last 20 years I have been fortunate enough to work for many major blue chip companies as well as private equity backed businesses, both here in the UK and in Europe. In that time I have held senior roles delivering financial profitability and commercial optimization.
The sectors I have operated in include automotive, finance, and utilities although my true passion and where it all started for me was in the aviation sector. Although all businesses are very different, the one common objective they all share is to achieve a positive customer experience. I now live between the UK and Spain but at the end of 2022 I decided to establish Yellow Octopus.
Yellow Octopus is solely financed though my own capital which allows me to independently influence the strategical steers without investor or shareholder consideration. I personally recruit, select, and appoint all our contractors and team members throughout the organization as I firmly believe that business is built on the people who deliver it.
My key objective is to deliver a 5* service proposition without allowing the hurdles that the corporate arena sometimes creates which can detract from being able to do this.
